• We want your online experience to be completely satisfactory! Please review our policies and procedures and let us know if you have any questions or concerns
• Most in-stock orders are shipped once payment is received and funds have cleared the bank. Checks are accepted, but we must wait until they clear prior to shipping product
• Local orders within the United States should be shipped within two business days. Please Note: We reserves the right to change the shipping method at own discretion and expense. Alpine Sand Toys is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
• Every item listed on our website comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item on our website within 10 days.
• If an item is back ordered, we will notify you of any delay, some larger items may be shipped from the manufacture to save in shipping costs. At times, this may cause delays do to the manufacture. We make every effort to notify you in advance
• Special order items may qualify for a 20% handling fee because of our suppliers' policies.
• Feel free to email about any special order items you may have.
• Email us for an RMA # and send the package UPS Ground or US Postal Service.
• For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.
• COD's are not accepted.

• If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us by e-mail before returning the item. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
• If we made a mistake on your order, your return ground shipping will be reimbursed.
